Managing Anxiety Around Covid-19

It is highly likely that everyone is experiencing increased levels of anxiety at this time. This is an understandable reaction in the face of the current COVID-19 outbreak. NHS staff, in particular, will be impacted by high levels of stress, pressure and fatigue. It is therefore important that everyone dedicates some time to thinking about how they are going to look after their mental health during the challenging months ahead.
